What if we already hired a different Videographer, can you still do the LiveStream?
Absolutely! We know how to be completely unobtrusive and stay out of their way. We know they have a job to do and we’ll do our best to work seamlessly with all of your vendors.
How does the LiveStream work exactly?
We set up multiple cameras around the venue and switch between them live during the wedding to capture the action from the best angles. This is fed directly to the custom private link we setup for you so your friends and family can watch along.
How do we share and watch our LiveStream?
A week before the event we’ll provide you with a customized private link where it will be streamed. You can share that link with your friends and family so all they need to do is click play to watch along.
Can you Re-Watch the LiveStream later?
Yes you can! Your friends and family have unlimited access to watch and re-watch the LiveStream even if they weren’t able to watch it live.
What Devices can you watch the LiveStream on?
You can watch it on your computer, phone, tablet and even TV. You can watch it on any device as long as it's connected to the internet.
Do you need to use the venue’s internet?
We don’t rely on the venue’s internet at all. We provide our own secure hotspot to broadcast from. However a good connection from the venue is always nice to have!
Can the LiveStream be played on the projector?
Yes it can! As long as we are granted access to the projector system we can play the LiveStream for everyone to watch. Please note there is a fee of $250 for this service.
What if we need you for extra hours?
We will never leave you hanging on your wedding day. If you would like us to stay for longer, we charge an hourly rate of $150/hr.
